Hirabol: The gum and resin from plants, Hirabol is also known as Commiphora Myrrh. It acts on the brain’s hypothalamus stimulating hormonal secretion and natural menstrual flow.

Jivanti: A well-known Ayurvedic stimulant and a restorative herb, Jivanti (Leptadenia Reticulata) is effective in many ways including the treatment of infertility.

Manjistha: Known as the Indian madder, Manjistha is a superfood and an ayurvedic tonic herb. It is also said to be effective in combating issues like bloating, PMS, mood swings and is a uterine astringent.

Kamboji: Botanically known as Breynia Patens and more commonly known as Krishna-Kamboji in India, this climbing shrub is a valuable uterine astringent.

Hurmal: Commonly known as Syrian Rue and botanically known as Peganum Harmala, Hurmal is said to be an excellent Ayurvedic uterine stimulant that is also effective in the treatment of Amenorrhea as it stimulates menstrual flow.

Kasis: A mineral based Ayurvedic medicine which is purified iron (ferrous sulphate). It stimulates menstrual flow, reduces pain and cramps and regulates the menstruation cycle.

Directions for Use:

For Irregular and Scanty menses, Amenorrhea (absence of menstrual periods) or Delayed Menarche (late event in puberty): 2 tablets twice or thrice a day for 3-4 months. (Discontinue when pregnancy is indicated)

For counteracting withdrawal side-effects of contraceptive pills: 2 tablets twicw or thrice a day (a course of 100 to 200 tablets). To be repeated as required.

For Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation, typically involving abdominal cramps): 2 tablets thrice a day from 3 to 5 days before the expected date of menses till periods begin and pain subsides. To be repeated for 3-4 menstrual cycles.

For improving fertility and ovulatory stability when pattern and flow are normal: 2 tablets twice a day, starting from 1st day of the menstrual cycle to the 14th day. To be repeated till pregnancy indicated.
